Itinerary Highlights

Day 1 – Sunday, 7th September

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Arrival, registration & tent allocation 

4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Tea & hot snacks at our forest café 

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Sunset trek with stunning ridge views

6:00 PM – 11:30 PM: Explore Activity Zones!

• Indoor games: Chess, carrom, table tennis 

• Outdoor games: Cricket, badminton, volleyball

• 10-rope adventure zone 

• Pottery & bullock cart rides (for women & children)

Lunar Eclipse Stargazing Experience

7:27 PM: Partial eclipse begins — Live views through telescopes with expert commentary

8:30 PM: Totality phase — Watch the Moon turn blood red

• Learn the science & mythology of eclipses

• Capture telescope-assisted moon photos 

09:30 PM: Dinner & campfire with music, cosmic trivia, and astronomy stories

11:11 PM: Maximum eclipse — deepest red moon moment!

11:30 PM onwards: Stargazing – Jupiter, Saturn, and deep sky objects

12:30 AM – 5:30 AM: Sleep under a star-lit sky

Day 2 – Monday, 8th September

5:30 AM – Venus & Jupiter through telescopes

6:00 AM – Sunrise forest walk

7:00 AM – Birdwatching (binoculars for kids only)

8:30 AM – South Indian Breakfast: Mysore Bonda, Upma & Tea

9:30 AM – Solar observation through telescopes & forest cycling

10:00 AM – Wrap-up, group photo & goodbye with cosmic memories
