Tickets99 is an end-to-end event management and ticketing platform for Indian organisers. From one dashboard you can build an event page, sell free or paid tickets, collect payments, run QR-code check-in at the gate, print badges, and reach attendees on WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

Free events are free on the Starter plan for up to 200 attendees per event. Paid events run on a per-ticket model across the Standard, Seasonal, and Elite plans, billed as a percentage plus GST on each ticket sold. Yes. On the Starter plan you can list a free event for up to 200 attendees per event with no platform fee, assign digital tickets to offline sales, get real-time data in the mobile app, and use CRM and WhatsApp marketing at no charge.

Attendees can pay online through RazorPay or by direct UPI QR payment. If a guest pays via RazorPay, a payment-gateway fee applies (T&C apply). If they use direct QR payment instead, Tickets99 does not charge a payment-gateway fee. The Standard plan includes a UPI payment option with 0% card fee.

No. QR-code check-in is built in. Your team scans attendees at the gate from a phone using the Tickets99 app, so the same platform that sold the ticket also validates it. It handles large queues and multiple entry points, and you can print attendee badges at the registration desk as guests arrive.

Yes. Alongside online ticket sales, the E-Box office lets you register walk-ins on the spot, and you can assign digital tickets to offline sales so every attendee, pre-booked or walk-in, is tracked in one place.

Yes. Tickets99 sends order confirmations, reminders, and day-of updates over WhatsApp, email, and SMS, and includes CRM and WhatsApp marketing so you can follow up with past attendees for your next event.

Yes. You can run registration-only events with no ticket price, collect RSVPs, and check attendees in with QR codes, which is useful for conferences, town halls, and college or school events that do not sell tickets.

Yes. Order invoices carry your GST details so your event revenue reconciles cleanly against orders for accounting and settlement.

Yes. The Tickets99 app gives organisers real-time sales and attendance data and powers Quick Check-in for all registered users at the gate.

Yes. On the Standard plan and above you get a dedicated full event landing page, and higher plans let you use a full event website or embed ticketing directly into your existing site.
